(7) The grounds for appeal : Appellate authority fail to consider provision of R.T.I. act which was pointed out by applicant at the time of hearing, that R.T.I. act over Ruled on A.I.S. conduct RULES as per sec. 22 Of R.T.I. act. As well as Rulings of C.I.C., that Information related to public Servants must be disclosed in public Interest. instead of giving legal and valid order he tried to save his departmental Juniors and allowed him to misuse of R.T.I. act. And he has also not applied his mind that information officer Have violated provision of R.T.I. act.in order to save illegal activity of his corrupt I.P.S. Boss. And also not imposed fine to Information Officer for delay to provide information as per my application dated 16/11/2011 .

    There is no point in we filing this RTI and also this does not qualify to be an Anonymous RTI
