Azad Educational society lucknow (website http://www.aiet.ac.in/) runs many AICTE approved institutes namely Azad Institute of Engineering & Technology, Awadh Institute of Technolgy, Azad college of Management studies and Azad Institute of pharmacy & research and one non AICTE approved institute Azad degree college in its campus. The institute is taking fee higher than approved by UP government and hiring teachers on a salary of 12-15000/- only that too in a number less than the required. This society is a means of business for its members and they are doing so by exploiting its staff and students. Many fee components and late fee are charged from the students. AICTE approval is obtained by manipulated information and wrong means. B Phama course is running without PCI approval.
The faculty and staff (including me). as well as students are unable to raise voice. I want to remain anonymous

As per the Right to Information Act 2005, I requested for information pertaining to AICTE approved institutes run by Azad Educational society lucknow (website http://www.aiet.ac.in/) namely Azad Institute of Engineering & Technology, Awadh Institute of Technolgy, Azad college of Management studies and Azad Institute of pharmacy & research.
(a) The land and building details of each institute run by Azad Educational society lucknow in lucknow district.
(b) Land and building details of Azad college of Management studies as per the first approval
(c) faculty student ratio in each institute run by Azad Educational society lucknow, course wise, department wise.
(d) cader ratio in each institute run by Azad Educational society lucknow, course wise, department wise.
(e) number of faculties selected by selection committee, adhoc, visiting, guest in each institute run by Azad Educational society lucknow, course wise, department wise.
(f)details of Group insurance, Provident fund, gratuity given to faculties in each institute run by Azad Educational society lucknow.
(g) service rules applicable on faculties in each institute run by Azad Educational society lucknow
(e) number of faculties shared in different institutes of Azad Educational society lucknow.
(f) percentage of fee spent on faculty salary in each institute run by Azad Educational society lucknow, course wise, department wise.

information (a) and (b) are important to discover a big corruption (getting approval of two different institute on same land which is completely against the rules of AICTE,
information (c,d,e,f,g) are related to the violation of norms on ground condition.
