Dear Sir,
Since, as per the officers’ service regulations of Punjab National Bank, an officer cannot stay at one office for more than 3 years and at a City/Town, for more than seven years. Instances have come to the notice that, a selected and favoured few are allowed to stay posted at Guwahati, Assam for years together, while, officers who are not so favoured are allowed to rot at remote rural branches for years together.
So, I would like to request for name and details of following officers:
1)Who are posted at North Eastern Region,in a particular office for more than three years,
2)Who are kept posted at a particular town/city of North Eastern Region, for more than seven years.

Please provide me information and details of following officers:
1)Names of officers who are posted at same place/ office at North Eastern Region, for more than three years,
2)NAmes of officers who have been posted at a particular town/city of North Eastern Region, for more than seven years.
3) Reasons for not posting out the officers who are serving at same office /place for more than three and seven years.
Note : You are requested to follow section 7 (3) of RTI Act 2005 for providing information / providing with the photocopies of supporting documents related to the informations requested above.
(4) Details of application fee:
( a ) An Indian Postal Order bearing machine no _______dated __________for Rs 10 is enclosed herewith as application fee as per RTI Act 2005
( b) Any additional cost / fee as required may be communicated.
5. Following points ( a to d ) are for your kind information and consideration :
a. If all / part of information sought in Para 1 ( a to f ) is held by or relted to another public authority, I request you to follow Section 6 (3) of the RTI Act 2005. To transfer the application or such part of it to that other public authority within five days of the receipt of this application and provide an intimation on the same.
b. As prescribed under Section 7 (1) of the RTI Act 2005, I request you to provide the information sought within 30 day period of receipt of the application. Any delay in good faith of providing the above information can be communicated in advance.
c. As per provision of RTI Act 2005, I request you to provide your details such as Name and Designation and Office address for further communication, if required.
d. As per provisions of RTI Act 2005, I request you to provide an acknowledgement for reciving the application, the acknowledgment would consist of date of receipt , file number/ application id and the details of the public information officer, OR you can send a photocopy of the application with countersign and sign and seal of the receiving office and other details of receipt.

I was busy last week, and I missed to file RTI application last week.
I will have to file one more application, as I promised to file one RTI Application a week.
To make this more effective we need to target one branch at a time..
Can the original requester send the address of the bank where such things happen..
Information sought will be as under:
Last posting order of all officers of PNB, Bank Address as of ‘APPLICATION DT’.
In a bank there can be only upto 15 officers, cost may be 15×2.. this will expose them
I am waiting for the original requester to send me the address of one such PNB where there are officers sitting more than 3 or 7 years.
Only then I will be able to file this..
