Rajasthan govt has not implemented the below mentioned judgment of honorable supreme court on ground.
This Land is reserved for pong dam oustes and garbed by land mafia with the help of Rajasthan govt.. this land is app. 1200 murbba (one murraba is app. 4 hectare) & declared as govt land on revenue record by rajasthan govt but actual possession of land by govt is not taken . land mafia are possessing the land still.they are having gloves in hand with leader & bureaucrats of rajasthan & looting the natural assets of rajasthan

    Dear Sir,
    I completely understand and empathize with your issue.
    But from an RTI Act 2005, I do not know what we can do here to help you.
    You already have the copy of the Supreme Court Order ..

    yes there is supreme court order ..but as per supreme court order land should be back to govt …govt of rajasthan taken the possession only on paper and actual possession is with land mafia . if we ask about the year wise (from 2001 to 2011)actual girdavri report from irrigation dept & actual possession record from revanue dept true face of govt will be exposed.

    c) Give complete details of persons who is in actual possession of agriculture land mentioned in para 3(name, fathers name, address ,muraba numner chak number)
