Why Srikakulam govt. degree college examamination center cancelled

Please see above two links. Recently a examination center has been cancelled to host minister’s son wedding. students travelled 140 km to write the exam. On man died in accident while accompanying his daughter for exam on his scooter.
If the information is true about examination center cancellation for minister’s son marriage, can we do RTI and get actual information. I don’t know how it works but would like file RTI and know the information.

RTI Act 2005 is meant to obtain govt. documents . from various government departments.
That is pretty much the scope of this act.
Once we obtain these govt. documents, we can use them to file cases via PIL, publish them in various news media etc. and hope that some action is taken.
Given the above facts, asking such documents have been dangerous for RTI activists. Thats where orgn. like RTI-Anonymous helps in filing RTI’s for people.
Please let us know, what exact kind of documents would you like to ask and from which govt. department.
