Scholarship Scam in Chandrapur College
Shaskiya Tantra Niketan College in Chandrapur was not releasing the scholarship due to thousands of students.
Below is the actual RTI Application, the Fake Reply, the First Appeal and the order from the PIO to release the documents to the RTI Applicant.

Rajeshwar, a student below poverty line, Filed Numerous RTI Applications and exposed Irregularities in Scholarship Disbursal in his College.
With support from RTI Anonymous, He forced the College Authorties to mend the Irregularities helping 1000′s of students in his college get their full Scholarship. While doing this, he was threatened by the College Administration but refused to relent.

What I was thinking, I found that here. Its very helpful to those who know something irregular in theirs working environment. They want to expose it but because of authorities fear dare not to go ahead. It will prove a great tools for fighting corruption.
