This is a request that does not need to be anonymous. RTI Anonymous is an orgn. whose purpose is to file RTI’s on behalf of people, who are under threat (life.career etc.) if they file the RTI themselves ..

From the reply received we see that large amounts of public money has been used to fund the college fest of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University.
Use of public money for organizing cultural/sport activities is justified, but spending it lavishly for a college fest by college authorities who should be rather using this money for improving infrastructure is not justifiable.
