What action has been adviced by Central Vigilance Commission on PIDPI complaint, which discloses that how a group of BSNL officers at Allahabad / Kanpur and Lucknow were involved in converting of the actual Telephone Numbers of ISD callers into ’0000000′ at Allahabad to avoid the payment of genuine claim of BSNL.A few such calls are given as below, wherein 532- code of Allahabad, ’0000000′- converted Telephone Number

2. As per PIDPI complaint, What is the estimated loss of public Exchequer for one year at Allahabad and what is the estimated revenue losses to public exchequer according to BSNL.
3. Which Telephone Exchngae was used for converting the actual Telephone Numbers of ISD callers into ’532-0000000′?
4. How many such complaints have been recieved by CVC under PIDPI resolution and what appropriate action has been adviced by CVC under PIDPI resolution.Authenticated copy of the action taken reports by CVC in all such PIDPI complaint cases.
5. What action has been adviced by CVC against the vigilance officers of BSNL , who concealed the facts and submitted false/ fabsicated reports before to CVC that ‘ No ISD call originated with starting digits as ’5323′ was found in ISD calls data records of Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited(VSNL) because ISD calls data records of VSNL shows that ISD calls with starting digits ‘ 5323′ were found in calls data records. This is a serious case of corruption, which may cause thousands of Crores losses to public Exchequer to BSNL.
This reflects that attitude of CVC the anticorruption watch dog is against the Whistleblower under PIDPI resolution. CVC has revealed the identity of whistleblower under PIDPI resolution with malafide intention to endanger the security and libery of life of whistleblower to CVC.
1. If you are the whistleblower then CVC would have intimated you the registration number of the complaint or its rejection. Please go to the CVC website and check the progress of the complaint.
