what is the amount of money that the GM spends every year for 1.maintainance and repair ( roads, boundary walls, nulla’s and gutter’s cementing, fencing , lighting,roofing , and Every thing else) . 2.up keep and rebuilding 3.conservancy contracts is there a budget for these maintainance works inside the Estate ? how is it broadly classified explain . Is the budget for the Factory and premises different from the budget for the Estate? what is the budget for the conservancy contracts ? copy of the budget papers that show how much of the budget is used every year , if the full amount is utilised or it is overshot? copy of the contract for cleaning the ordnance estate ?(sweeping and collecting garbage and waste)? copy of any manual that they need to follow .documents to prove what you are supposed to do with the waste that is collected? how it is finally dispossed off. how many swimming pools are there inside the ordnance estate ? what is their capacity? what is the amount of money spent on each swimming pool on a yearly basis ? what was the last amount spent on the swimming pools ?
