Sir,
Kindly provide the following information:-
1) Under which rule DOPT the accelerated promotions were given to the reserved category employees in Prasar Bharati,Director General All India Radio S-I (B) section’s order No-59/2013-S.I(B) dated 23/24/10/2013 and order no -69/2013-S.I(B) dated 28-11-2013 issued under the signatures of Dr. Kamlesh Kumar Deputy Director Of Administration.
2) Under which rule a direct recruited Transmission Executive who joined the post in 1991 was left without promotion and a reserved category Transmission Executive who joined the post in 1.8.1998 was given regular promotion in these orders.
3). Under which rule these DPC orders exceeded the prescribed quota limits during the promotion or provide a copy of such promotion policy prevailing in the Prasar Bharati.
