Pune (Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation) releases tenders to NCP people only and they use the same money to win the elections. The money is earned by creating artificial shortage of water and selling Water Tankers using the same municipality water. Also money is earned in construction activities and regular maintenance activities. Why the contract is given to NCP people only? They must make the tender process transparent.
