I tried reaching over email and phone, but could not succeed. I could not succeed personal visit as I donot know to speak kannada.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that there has been a high rise building constructed recently at the following address:
Braha Kumaris
#2/1, Reservoir Street,South cross road, Basavanagudi Bengaluru, Karnataka 560004
Building by Brahma Kumaris organization
Landmark: near krishna rao park, kanakapura road, basavangudi
I have looked into the BYE laws at: http://www.bmrda.kar.nic.in/BYE1.HTM, and am finding quite a few violations in the construction.
Request for action on the following violations:
- 7floors of building on a site bearing: 60x100ft, with minimal gap from the compound wall of the building
- For a residential building of size 60x100ft, there needs to be gap of 3mts and 1.5mt on either side of the compound.
- Height of the building is 7floors which makes it as almost 20mts height, and requires 7mt of open space on all the sides
- foot path is not maintained for proper usage, due to waste material dumped and not cleaned yet, on both sides of the building
- The building needs to be destroyed or should be taken over by govt for any other useful purpose

You can file a complaint with the concerned department followed by RTI asking action taken on your complaint.
