Question 1 : Please give details of what action has been taken against the unauthorized construction on the common parking area of 17, Pusa Road, New Delhi – 110005 as detailed in your File No. B/UC/KBZ/11/319 dated 21st October, 2011.

 

Question 2 : How has m/s Star Imaging and Path Labs (P) Ltd. been given license to operate despite the pending case of unauthorized construction on the common parking area of 17, Pusa Road, New Delhi – 110005 as detailed in your File No. B/UC/KBZ/11/319 dated 21st October, 2011.

    Dear Srivastava-ji,

    Thank you for your response.

    Unfortunately, MCD has shut down their online RTI application facility – apparently due to “software problems” :)

    Nevertheless, I thank you for your assistance in this matter.

    I HAVE RECEIVED REPLY for this
    1) The matter pertains to Building department and same has stands transferred to them.
    2) Neither any license has been given to M/S star Imaging and path Lab nor this trade comes under the purview of health dept, Karol bagh zone.

    3) The health trade license to M/S ASG Foods (Karims Food Restaurant) eing run at 17 Pusa road has been issued on 31/5/12. It is pertinent to mention here that as per direction issued dated 18/8/2008, building activities has been de-linked.

    First appeal can ne done at DC OFFICE, KAROL BAGH ZONE, NORTH DELHI MUNICIPAL CORPORATION , ROOM NO 202, ZONAL BUILDING, D.B. GUPTA ROAD, ANAND PARBAT, KAROL BAGH, DELHI 5
