Arrow City manhattan Project Real (Legal) or Fake (illegal)
I have recently purchased 2 BHK Flat in Arrow city Manhattan Project, Pen, Dist.-Raigad, Navi Mumbai. Web Address- “http://arrowgroup.us/”.
The Project dates back from 2007 and still in process of completion till date.
The Office persons there says that all the documents have recently been
cleared 31st march 2012 and possession will be given in 3 years of time and registration will be done in 2 months.So I purchased a flat in this Project, construction work is going on site and till date basement work is done.
But recently 25th June 2012 when I called them they say registration will be done in 1 years as for reason for delay they say first registration of that buyers will be done first who have booked long back. I think something wrong about whole process now and so want to file an RTI if u would help.
I would like to file an RTI to know whether Arrow Engineering Ltd. company is Registered and legal or not? And whether the company Arrow Engineering Ltd. has purchased all the land legally for the construction of their Mega housing Project Arrow city Manhattan at Village kandle,Tehsil Pen, Raigarh. In all the land purchased for the Arrow city Manhattan Project is legally been bought from Framers/Government, do the land is certified as Non-Agricultural land by the government, do the company Arrow Engineering Ltd. has 7\12
for the land purchased for the project and do they have all necessary permissions to go ahead and build a Mega township in Pen, does the project has approval from Authorized CIDCO officials or whoever is authorized to give permission for Housing projects in Navi mumbai Pen Area.
At last I want to file a single RTI for all of above from which i can know that I am investing in Legal and problem free Project i.e “Arrow city Manhattan”.
