1.Can the HOPCOM retail outlets in Bangalore sell fruits and vegetables at rates different from those shown on the HOPCOMS website

If no,what action can be taken against such retail outlets.
If yes,what are the permissible difference in rates ,provide the maximum deviation that can be allowed from the rate list.
2.Do the HOPCOM retail outlets need to provide a bill for the purchase.
3.Are the HOPCOM retail outlets subjected to audit.If yes provide details of audit conducted since 2005.
3.Provide details or service obligations of a HOPCOM retail outlet.Copy of MOU or other documents as applicable.
Sir/Madam,
You don’t need to file an RTI for this, you should rather file a case against them in the Consumer court under “Exploitation with false information”. That would be the correct way to address your situation.
