Provide the current status / progress details of action taken on written complaint filed by Mr. Nahed Parvez at Kachiguda P.S on 13th September-2010 against 4 women i.e Safia P., Nusrat P, Nikhat P & Ursa for violently beating his wife & also a theft of gold ear-ring by them. (Copy attached herewith for your reference) |

Provide the reasons of refusal to issue the medical requisition slip by the concerned official of your police station on 10th Sep-2010 to Mrs.Mah-Jabeen Fatima W/o. Mr. Nahed Parvez with visible injuries on her face & hand, for seeking the medical treatment + medico-legal report from the government hospital, despite their repeated verbal requests. |

Provide a certified copy of the F.I.R registered against Mr. Nahed Parvez on 10th September-2010 at Kachiguda Police Station, for this case. |

Provide a certified copy of complainants (Mrs.Safia P & others) medico-legal report issued by Doctors of Messrs. Osmania General Hospital, confirming the physical injuries suffered by her. |

Provide a certified copy of the investigation/enquiry report of this case, with relevant details like date, time and place of the investigation. |

Provide a certified copy of statements of all the witnesses, who had testified against Mr.Nahed Parvez & or his wife, taken by the investigation/enquiry officer in this case & also clarify whether he had thoroughly checked & verified its genuineness, before finally accepting it for further legal action. |

Provide a certified copy of the incriminating evidence/proof collected against Mr.Nahed Parvez and or his wife by the investigation officer in this case & also clarify whether he had thoroughly checked & verified its genuineness, before finally accepting it for further legal action. |

Why the said investigation/enquiry officer, had NOT provided any opportunity even once to Mr.Nahed Parvez & or his wife to present their version of facts of this case during his enquiry, prior to filing the charge sheet. (Refer to case # 3081 Dated 17th September-2010 of Nampally Court, Hyderabad – A.P) |

Provide a certified copy of daily diary / lock-up register of total 3 days i.e 10, 12 & 13th September-2010 with relevant details like full names of all the detained people with their crimes/offences at Kachiguda Police Station, Hyderabad – A.P – 500 027. |
