Dear Sir/Madam,
Please make more appropriate requests on this public forum for which drafting an RTI application will be possible. How is the PIO going to find out which customers are “regular in paying their electricity bills”. Gayatri Nagar being mainly a residential area might even have hundreds of homes in it, thus making hundreds of consumers.
The reply will be quite voluminous if we ask for all consumers.
Please mention your problem to us in detail instead of vague questions. We will be able to provide better help to you.
