Sub: Requesting for information under Right To Information Act-2005

Details of information require:-

1. Name of schemes operates under your district council for below poverty line & above poverty line via your department in between year 2000 to 2011 till December. Also mention budget sanction for the same scheme for 2011-2012.

2. Name of commodities, quantity along with price per Kg/litr provided to BPL ration card holder under your district council.

3. What is the procedure to get a ration card? Where to submit it? Fee determined by govt of karbianglong .Please provide the process after submitting a fresh ration card application to til the person get it along with those officer name who approve it.

4.  How many people are listed as BPL from Hawaipur mauza, under hamren sub-division.(please mention number, details not require)

5. Please provide per village wise list of Govt ration shop holder name, their house number along with voter id or serial no.(as per new voter list) to whom license provided within Hawaipur mauza, under hamren sub-division.

6. Name of commodities & Quantity per shop holder taken from govt in between 1990 to 2011.

7. Please provide the name of Approving officer and his designation that provide ration from year 2000 to 2011 to those shop holder.

8. Please provide the inspection officer name that inspects ration shop holder ration distribution at that hawaipur Mauza.

9. Is there any irregularities found under this mauza from 2000 to 2011 by inspection officer ? Any complaint received by officer from villagers? if yes then provide the action taken report.

10. How many people are benefited under Antodaya Anna Yojana scheme in Hawaipur Mauza from starting this scheme to til 2012 jun month?If yes then provide the name of beneficiaries under this scheme along with their house number with voter id serial number (Current one list).  If not then mention the reason why not? Along with that officer and reporting officer name to whom the department provide this work.

11. How many people are benefited under Randhanjyoti Yojana scheme in Hawaipur Mauza from starting this scheme to til 2012 jun month? Please provide the name of beneficiaries under this scheme along with their house number with voter id serial number (Current one), If not then mention the reason why not? Along with that officer and reporting officer name to whom the department provide this work.

12. How many people are benefited under Jana Kerosene Pariyojana? How much they get Kerosene per month? Please provide the name of beneficiaries under this scheme along with their house number with voter id serial number (Current one).
