1)Who is responsible for the quality of the mess food?

2)How often is the mess cleaned to make sure lizards and cockroaches don’t enter the food?

3)Is the director aware that cockroaches/insects have been found in the food served in the mess or stale food has been served?

4)Is the water which is used to wash utensils clean?

5)Has NIT Goa/mess incharge received any complaints regarding the quality of mess?

6)If answer to 4) is Yes, has any action been taken by NIT Goa? If no action has been taken, who is responsible for inaction and what action will be taken against him?

7) What action is to be initiated against the mess contractor as per rules and what action is taken?
