Guidlines for cyber cafe by Delhi Police

Dear Sir,

Through right to information (RTI) I like to know about the guidelines required by Delhi Police for Cyber Cafe Users.There is not written guidelines  from the police department. Every police officer,whether SHO, or beat officer narrated different stories and demand different document from  the user.

I need a copy of Guidelines sent to police department by govt ,,so that the I will be cleared about the right Guidelines .

      I KNOW THE GUIDELINE BUT LOCAL POLICE STATION DIDN’T KNOW. EVERY TIME NEW POLICE OFFICER CAME TO ME AND ASK DEMAND DIFFERENT DOCUMENT FROM USER.
      SO I NEED FROM POLICE HEADQUARTER WHAT IS THE GUIDELINES SENT TO LOCAL POLICE STATION .SO I FOLLOW THE RULES LIKE GOOD CITIZEN.
