Not able to lodge complaint in http://www.ccccore.co.in/.
Hello Team,
i had a complaint against ICICI bank ,for that sake i was trying to lodge complaint in the “CONSUMER ONLINE RESOURCE AND EMPOWERMENT CENTER (WEB LINK : http://www.ccccore.co.in/.)”. supported by: Misinstry of consumer affairs, Govt. of India. , but was not able to lodge .
For this reason i have send the mail and gentle reminder mail to following mail id:

director@core.nic.in,
webadmin@core.nic.in
but i am not getting any reply for that ,can you help me in getting lodge the complaint or getting the reply that why am i not able to lodge complaint.
i don’t have the idea about how to post to PIO.
please help me in this regard.

well, i really don’t know that what should i do.should i send the letter to the above address or should i contact to the “cpio”.
i have no clue regarding how to file an RTI.
if you can help in filing the RTI,it would be great act from your end.
