Please provide all the copies of the records of the Telephonic Conversation between all the Ministries including the Law Ministry and the Flowing Judges-( CJI Justice Kapatia,D K Jain, J S Khehar, Dipak Misra and Ranjan Gogoi).since April 12th-2012 till 25th Sep.2012.
Since the Intelligence Bureau is in the list of exempted organisation, it might not be possible to provide this information. According to SC judgement, information can be asked from exempted organisations if they are related to human rights violation or corruption.
Which is the competent authoprity from where we can extract this ?
The transactions carried out by the Chief Justice of India is completely exempted from the ambit of RTI. Moreover, IB is the not entrusted with monitoring activities of the ministers and judicial authorities. Their primary goal is to intercept illegal activities that pose a threat to the nation’s internal security.
