1. Employewise detail of all medical claims of Kendriya vidyalaya Missamari no. 1 of your region including officiating principal and office staff for the current and last session i.e 20012-13 and 20011-12.

2. The total number of the medicals claimed by officiating principal Mr. Rajendra  Prasad(pgt-hindi) of K.V. Missamari.

3.  The sanctioning authority of the  bills of officiating principal (Mr. Rajendra Prasad-pgt-hindi)  of k.v. Missamari of your region.

4. Employeewise weekly deatils of no. of periods and the payment recieved by employees on contract bases in  K.V Missamari, then working on the post of TGT-Science , for the month of April-2012(with names).

5. The weekly details of total periods of employees of K.V Missamari then working on the regular basis on the  post of TGT-Science for the same monthe i.e april-2012(with name).

6. The item/section wise  details of the expenditure done by the K.V Missamari during  the celebration of the Annual day celebration for the year of 2012 in the month of april.

7.Tendor wise details of the firms/companies with their registration number and owner’s name who applied for the diiferent tenders issued by K.V Missamari for the last two sessions i.e-2011-12 to till date.

8. The firm/company wise details with their Tin no. registraion no. and owner’s name who were  succesfull to get different tendors in last two sessions i.e-2011-12 and in current session.

9. The details of such expenditure which are done by the K.V Missamari in same item or article in every year of last four sessions till date.

10. The amount of fee collected in the april,2012 and the amount submitted in the bank in the same month by K.V Missamari.
