Scholarship Not Given By MTU University to students for 2011-12
The Scholarship(B.Tech) had not given by the scholarship Deptt.of Uttar Pradesh (B-Tech)for the year of 2011-2012.All needy students and their families are facing financial Hardship.May please help the helpless students. There is no criteria to allot scholarship for B-Tech. Those who have sources in department had availed the same.and others are still waiting.Please also mention the criteria of distributing the post matric student scholarship.
We all students are hoping for the quick reply from your side.
We would appreciate if you could look and help the needy students.

The Scholarship for the (Year 2010-11) has not been allotted to the Students Of MTU university (Greater Noida).May please file the RTI to the concerned department. We have requested to the concerned department but nothing has been done concrete in this issue.They have neither accept our request personally nor accepted the application for the Same.
So you are requested to please file RTI to the concerned department.This will help financially weak students.
We would all appreciate if you could please help the needy students.

It informs that all matters pertaining to the Scholarship are handled by the जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी
So, we request the original applicant to contact the जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी directly. If he/she doesn’t help, then we can try filing an RTI with him/her.
Dear Sir,Thanks for filing RTI.I have met & requested many times to (Zilha Samaj Kalyan Adhikari) Distt.Social welfare officer Ghaziabad (U.P) for the above said matter but nothing has been done concrete in this regard so far and no scholarship is being issued to most of the needy students for the year ( 2010-11).The issuance of scholarship for U.G students has no criteria in Uttar Pradesh Government.
They are(Concerned Officers) just saying that no scholarship will be given to students who had an annual income above 45,000/-and it has no rule in U.P Govt. There are many students who are facing hardship in continuing their studies for Engineering.The Parents of the students are taking loans from Private Loaners at very high interest rates.
Sir,I am very helpful to the students but I am unable to file RTI,’cause I have some reasons.
I would appreciate I you could sort out this problem ASAP,this will help the needy students.

Dear Dr.Sandwar,First of all you have to submit a fee of Rs.10/- for R.T.I at concerned department in which you want to know the information.Then submit the list of the questions, you want to know from the concerned department.
The concerned department will give you all the information within 30 days which you want to know.
Have you filed this RTI with Social Welfare Department received any response?
I am also facing a similar problem of delay in fee reimbursement for session 2010-11 and tried all channels but no luck.
I also talked to Director at Lucknow and District Social Welfare officer of Ghaziabad Mr. Mustaq Ahmed @9871298570 and alo to the DM office but regret to say response is not even worth to mention it here.
Can somebody help here ?
