Hi could you please file the following rti application on my behalf with out revealing my identification as I have faced many physical injuries in this process of using the RTI application.

Sub – Required certain information of the MGNREGS implementation under RTI ACT – 2005.
This is (your name) from (your place). Under the RTI ACT 2005, I would like to get the following information
from your office for the period 2005-2010 in the village Thimmanayunipeta.
1) What are all the various works performed under MGNREGS in the village mentioned above?
2) The amount spend for each work.
3) The copies of resolutions of each work passed in GRAMSABHA conducted in the above mentioned village.
4) The amount of wages paid to each worker for each work with complete details like their address, thier wages.
5) Any complaints registered so far regarding this MGNREGS implementation in the above mentioned village.
6) What is the action taken on each of the complaints registered?
7) The social Audit reports which have been conducted for the above mentioned time period
8) What is the amount recovered if any for the misuse of the MGNREGS scheme?
Please provide me above requested information in the CD format if the information exceeds 25 pages. I hereby

We received the following document as a reply to this RTI Application. This document says that as the person who filed the RTI Application(i.e. myself) is not an original resident of Andhra Pradesh he cannot get a reply.This is certainly illegal as anyone from any part of India can question any authority in any other part of India.We are going to follow up this RTI Application and ensure that the Truth is brought out to the common public.

THERE SEEMS INVOLVED A LARGE AMOUNT OF CORRUPTION IN THAT SCHEME..
Hi, Any citizen can ask for the information under the RTI Act. The reply now given amounts to 'not accepting the application' and thereby malafidely denying the information without any reasonable cause.This attracts a penalty under Section 20 of the RTI Act which te Information Commission can impose. So now we will make an appeal to the appelate athority under Section 19 of the said Act. Pl inform us the name and designation, and address of the Appellate authority. This u will get from the concerned webpage of the organisation or may be the Jill panchayat etc.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had applied for information under the Right to Information (RTI) Act to the Public Information Officer of Mandal Parishad Development Office of Kolimigundla in Kurnool District. But, I was replied by the Appellate Authority of that Office and refused information. Now, since the Appellate Authority has replied and refused information instead of the Public Information Officer, I can't complain to her against herself. That is why, I am hereby Filing an Appeal with you.
