Please provide me with the following information under the RTI Act 2005.
1) Is Railway board has given doubling work of (Gooty-Dharmavaram) and 3rdline work of (Annupur –Pendra Road) to RITES Ltd.?
2) What are the payment conditions of the doubling work of (Gooty-Dharmavaram) and 3rd line work of (Annupur –Pendra Road) given to RITES Ltd.
3) Is there any changes in payment conditions of doubling work of (Gooty-Dharmavaram) and 3rd line work of (Annupur –Pendra Road)?
4) If there are differences in payment conditions of doubling work of (Gooty-Dharmavaram) and 3rd line work of (Annupur –Pendra Road) then what is the reason for differences in payment conditions?
5) Is RITES Ltd charging same fess from Indian Railways as they are charging from the NTPC Ltd and other State Government agencies?
6) Is RITES ltd charging for manpower and fess both for doubling work of (Gooty-Dharmavaram) from Indian railways?
7) How much money RITES Ltd. Has charged for man power?
8) How much staff RITES has posted for the doubling work of (Gooty-Dharmavaram) at site and how much RITES Staff supporting the project from their corporate office/project office?
9) Have Railways ever audit how much staff RITES is showing for this particular doubling work of (Gooty-Dharmavaram) and actually they are working at other Project /or posted at other sites.
