Application ARD Rajasthan for pg portal and grievance

Subject: Information Desired Under Right to Information Act.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please provide me the following information with regards to the Public Grievances Portal (http://sugamrpg.raj.nic.in/) asked under the Right to Information Act.

1.) Names, designations and office addresses of the officials with whom my complaint No. 2011STECEDU23 dated 5.9.2011. was lying during this period and date wise period with each official and details of action taken by him/her.
2.) Give me the total number of complaints/grievances lodged on this portal in the year 2011. How many of those grievances have been resolved. How many of those grievances are unresolved as on the date of receipt of this application?
3.) Among grievances filed in 2011, with respect to the feedback given by people after their grievance has been sorted out, what are the number of one star, two star, three star, four star and five star responses that this site has witnessed?
4.) Among grievances filed in 2011, for those grievances which have been resolved, please tell me in how many grievances no action has been taken.
5.) Among grievances filed in 2011, for the grievances which have been resolved what was the maximum number of days required to resolve a grievance.
6.) Among all grievances filed on the portal, for the grievances which are unresolved for more than an year as on the date of receipt of this application, give me the dates on which each of the unresolved grievances was filed on the Public Grievances Portal.

6.)Please give a list of all the grievances received by all the officers in your department during the year 2011The list should contain the following details:

  1. Name and address of the complainant
  2. The circle/district etc to which it pertains
  3. Brief description of the grievance
  4. Date of receipt of grievance
  5. Date of redressal of grievance
  6. Nature of redressal
  7. If not redressed, reasons for the same
  8. As per law, in how many days such a grievance should be redressed
  9. Name of the official responsible for the delay
  10. Action proposed to be taken against this official for delay
  11. Is grievance against an official? If yes, name of the person
  12. What action has been taken against that employee?
  13. If any enquiry carried out, results of the same
  14. If no enquiry carried out, why?

Please give copies of all the complaints and enquiry reports made against the officials alleged to be guilty.

6.) Please provide me the action taken report on the complaint No. 2011STECEDU23 dated 5.9.2011.

7.) Please provide me the reason for not dealing with my complaint under specified time period on portal i.e. 15 days for the complaint no. 2011STECEDU23.

8.) Please provide me daily progress report on my this application enclosing file noting.

    Ideally the website should have provided all these answers as they fall under Section 4 of the RTI Act. Nevertheless the complaint no which this applicant has written at the bottom may be repeated in question no.1 and this RTI can be filed
