We had filed an RTI Application for obtaining passport which was being delayed for almost 2 years as the applicant had not paid any bribes. Now after filing an RTI Application he has received the passport in just one month.This is the reply that we received.

Who all are handled the file and how many days
serial number of your application and if they issued any passport who have next you (must be, bcos 2 years), the document shows the reason behind that.
An addition
how many applicant received their passport after two years.
or in other way
provide me the following details in table format
name and address = date of application = serial number of application = date of police verification = date of issuing passport = if not issued the reason

I agree with you on your comments, but given the resource constraints of our orgn. and there are many more backlogs of RTI’s that we have to clear, I would appreciate, if you could take the initiative and file this RTI yourself

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I am using RTI Act to get justice to me and people known to me since 2006.
I have come across different difficult times such as threatening that they will file a RAPE case against me, will do physical torture.
Therefore now days i am not submitting any application my name. Getup4Change made my work easy. (i will be with you, bos there was a time people including legal professional are not aware about this act. those time i was really struggled to get a information such decisions of the commission, where and how we can give appeal)
