SAIL corporate office has issued guidelines
for promoting qualified, competent executives to take up challenging positions.
Kindly provide the information regarding

the executives who have been promoted from, E5 to E6 grade, E6 to E7 grade, E7
to E8 grade and number of years they have completed in each grade in the following
format under the RTI act. This information may please be provided from 01.01.2001
to till date.

Please state names of officers, qualification (including discipline/branch),
age, joined as MT (T), MT (A), Non Executive cadre (including TA), joined at
intermediate position from outside SAIL, their assignment(TA to
ED,CEO,MD,Director,Chairman) and whether they had experience in plant works (yes
or no ) and has got promotion in 3 to 5 years in each grade, since inception in
SAIL.

@Please state names of officers whose degree
is Petroleum, Production, Food technology, MCA, non technical. Indicate their
place and area of posting in technical organization along with reason of
posting.

# please indicate  the name of officers who has  joined SAIL not through MT(T) or MT(A), their
qualifications, their experience, their date of birth, details of previous
organization, advertisement details, eligibility criteria since 1990 onwards.
Grades they have joined, along with increments offered.

$ Furnish the names of officers who have been
promoted after completion of 8 years and above, their qualification, their
previous promotions, rotation as per policy, their reporting & reviewing
officers names, their qualifications including institute they passed and their
entry level in SAIL unit.

Kindly note There is a provision of penalty
u/s. 20 (1) & (2) Sec. 7 (9) “An information shall ordinarily be provided
in the form in which it is sought section 8(j) “that the information which cannot
be denied to The Parliament or

a State Legislature shall not be denied to any person.”

Find the application fee of Rs 10/- for the
request attached with

this application (Indian Postal Order No. ___________dated __________ is

enclosed). If you feel that above requested information does not pertain to

your department then please follow the provisions of Section 6(3) of the RTI

Act, 2005.

As per the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005

provide the details (Name and Designation) of the first appellate authority

w.r.t your department with the reply to the above request, where I may if

required file my first appeal.
