1). Whether the committee of joint secretaries appointed by the group of ministers (GOM ) to study about the pay anomaly existing in Prasar Bharati had submitted its final report to the GOM., If not submitted its final report please specify the reason for it
2) Kindly provide the copy of the detailed report / recommendations of the committee of joint secretaries appointed by the group of ministers (GOM ) to study about the pay anomaly existing in Prasar Bharati .
3).Whether the committee of joint secretaries (appointed by the group of ministers (GOM ) to study about the pay anomaly existing in Prasar Bharati) or the group of ministers (GOM ) on Prasar Bharati have decided / recommended to file Special leave petition ( SLP ) in Honabl Supreme court of India against the final order/judgment dated 18/08/2010 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, bench at Gwalior in Writ Petition No.1857 of 2009 .
4).Whether the committee of joint secretaries (appointed by the group of ministers (GOM ) to study about the pay anomaly existing in Prasar Bharati) or the group of ministers (GOM) had decided or recommended to file Special leave petition ( SLP ) in Supreme court of India against the final order/judgment dated 3/12/2010 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh bench at Gwalior in Review Petition Number 294 of 2010
5) If the answer to the above questions (3 and 4)are yes, Please provide the copy of the attested and detailed minutes of the meeting which taken the decision to file Special leave petition ( SLP ) in Honabl Supreme court of India against the order / judgment judgment dated 18/08/2010 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, bench at Gwalior in Writ Petition No.1857 of 2009 .and dated 3/12/2010 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh bench at Gwalior in Review Petition Number 294 of 2010

i request SKY WALKER to give me some details and i want to file first appeal( the rti application is transfered to other PIO, i didnt get the reply .. if i file first appeal ..what reason should i state? as one PIO has done his work by transfering it but the other PIO didnt give any information…. please upload some formats for first appeals wherein the application has been transfered and the other pio has not given any reply.
You have to send this to Appellate authority of Second PIO.

THE ANSWERS ARE CONTRADICTORY TO EACH OTHER. AND IT SEEMS NOT SATISFACTORY

the answer to question number 1 and 2 are contradictory to each other.The authority is purposefully given wrong information to questions 1 and 2.I REQUEST TO FILE A SECOND APPEAL WITH CIC
dear naveen451, I cannot believe the PIO can give such ridiculous and blatantly false and misleading information. I request yourself to file a second appeal with CIC and It is a request of the section of employees who have been eagerly waiting for the reply. I am sure all required documents will be provided by JM. heartfelt thanks from us.
As per the above document which is a part of another document revealed through RTI request , the Committe of joint Secretaries (COJS) SUBMITTED ITS REPORT TO GOM, and GOM had accepted the report. This reveal that the information given by the ministry is blatantly false and misleading . I request naveen451 to file the appeal to expose the truth . and expose the hidden agenda of the authorities
