MARKS NOT SHOWN IN PAPER -II OF CGL-2011 IN SPITE APPERING IN THE EXAM IN CENTRAL REGION OF SSC

Sir

My brother appeared in Combined Graguate level examination 2011 . he passed its pre exam later he appeared in its Main exam in its all paper. but when result decleared his only one paper evaluated and in second paper nothing mark given inspite of appering in both the papers. He has secured sufficient mark in first paper to get a job from SSC.

he approched tp SSC allahabad for clarification with a RTI application but noinformation provided by the said commissipn after one he once again given an RTI to the commission but no information again.

He is now fearing if he make constant effort to get the information he might be debared from appearing in future exams from SSC.

It my request that all genuine RTI pending with SSC central region with respect to CGL_2011 must be cleared in time to get timely justice.

    dear friend there is no need to worry. your brother can not be debarred from future exams for just asking some information from SSC. PL provide scanned copy of your RTI request and other relevant details.

      My brother don’t want to take a chance.
      It is my request that RTI regarding CGL-2011 tire-ii examm whose RTI still pending with SSC central region, Allahabd for not entering marks in paper -ii in said exam and also not giving any reason must be made public , that may fulfill the requirement without coming in light.

        I completely understand and empathize with ur brother’s case. But lets get to solving this issue, than just discuss this issue.

        What exactly do you want RTI-Anonymous to do ?
        Do you want us to file an RTI to find the exact evaluation ? If thats the case, then obviously this application cannot be anonymous. How can you ask for the answer-sheet of a person, without giving out his name.

        Typically, we do not file Non-Anonymous RTI Requests. RTI Anonymous can only file RTI’s, where the applicant is scared to file an RTI for fear of his life/career/job
        But in this case, given the seriousness of the case, we can make an exception and file an RTI or appeal on your behalf.

        But we cannot do anything, until you provide us the details of your brother.

        I hope, I am sounding rude. But, I prefer being frank and blunt to u, so that I can really really help you out.
