Will you pl  obtain the assets amassed by Sonia Gandhi’s daughter and son-in-law ?

    Hi, RTI Act can be used only to get the informations from Public authorities and not from private individuals. In this case, if Priyanka Gandhi contests election to Parliment or state Assembly, then details of her assets can be obtained from the revealations made by her to the Election Commission.

    Thanks for the clarification. But these two are prospective candidates for RTI.
