‎1. Illegal appointment of Registrar, Dy.Registrar :The appointment process was a joke . Please read on. .

(i) There was no advertisement for the the post in News paper which is a must according to aGovernment order ( Govt. Order No 101-Emp Dated Kolkata , the 25th July, 2008) .He( Registrar) broke the rule with the hope that Left Front Government will continue to rule and there will be no one raise finger , Vice Chancellor supported him .

(ii) The notice for the recruitment was displayed in the University Notice Board on the last day of application ( 26thFeruary 2010) and withdrawn in the same day after 3 hours though it was supposed to display on 16th February2010 (as per the notice )so that no other can get any opportunity to apply for those post and also time duration of 10 days is ridiculous.

(iii) The notice for the recruitment was displayed in the University Website just a day before the dead line ( 26th February 2010) and asked to withdraw the same , in the same day, so that nobody get an opportunity to know it. Itsalso came to light that the person who posted it in the website was asked to sign on a backdated paper by threatening him..

(iv) There was only one application for each post against Registrar , Dy. Registrar and you could guess the reason. Its kind of cheating all the People of West Bengal.

(v) The applications were asked to address to Registrar ,who himself was the applicant and Vice Chancellor is the appointing authority. The applications could have been asked to address to Vice Chancellor because there is significant chance that applications could be manipulated by the candidate, who himself is the candidate.

(vi) What is definition of good academic record ?It is41% in Graduation. Yes that is what is the achievement of Registrar. He neither have any capability to write a para of note sheet in English nor communicate to a person in English.

(vii) Dy. Register also bears the same quality as Registrar but some additional qualifications also, his sister is married to AbdusSattar’s brother.
