poor conditin of facility on perol pump

Please provide me information regarding petroleum product outlet run by govt controlled Oil marketing Companies.
1. Give me list of outlet where facility of free air, water & toilet is available.
2. Give me copy of documents which states mechanism of monitoring by oil marketing companies for proper functioning of facility mentioned in para 1
3. Give me list of complaints received in calendar year 2011regading improper functioning of facility mentioned in para 1 .give me copy of action taken report regarding complaints.
4. Provide me copy of documents regarding sensitization schedule for toilets. & monitoring mechanisms for this by oil marketing companies.
5. Give list of oil marketing companies officers (Name Address, Phone number, mobile number, Email ID) for each outlet to whom complaints regarding poor functioning of facility can be made .
6. Give me copy documents regarding punishment for violation in functioning of facility mentioned in para 1

    Which petroleum outlet are u asking about .. ?
    What do you mean by govt. controlled Oil Companies ?
    Please provide very clear details ..
    Also, please take some pain to find the details of the PIO for this Application

      sir now a days in hyderabad petol pump boys are not filling complete petrol for what we pay .for suppose if we ask fill Rs.100 they fill for Rs.99.49 . If we ask for remaining they simply reply that we dont have numbering system.sometimes they behave in a rude manner.And they are not providing air check ,drinking water , etc., for all these problems to whom we have to complaint.and i want to know about the facilities which should be provided to the customers.

    1 petroleum product retail outlet are popularly called petrol pump.
    2.govt controlled oil marketing company are Indian Oil Corp. , Bharat Petroleum Corp. and Hindustan Petroleum Corp

    I came across the fact that oil marketing company provide free air checkup & filling in Tyre of vehicle ,free cold drinking water & free sensitized toilet facility to customers .but actually these facility are either not provided(refused) or charged for these free facility. or refused by dealer to provide these facility. some time condition of water & toilet is very unhygienic.& pathetic

    Could you please check if petrol pumps comes under purview of RTI ?

    I don’t think so..

    They are just agencies who buy and sell oil from oil companies like IOC, HP etc..

    All you can do is ask for are; copy of licence issued to Petrol Pump, copy of Inspection Report ( usually done by the Oil company for the quality of oil and nothing else ), copy of Building Plan of that petrol pump..

    I am not sure about the GO that instructs all the petrol pumps to have Rest Rooms and Air Pump.. Could you please confirm this ? If it exist then you can ask for compliance report on such orders..

    The facility provided on petrol pump are actually provide by oil marketing company & it is mandatory to be maintained by dealers . if dealers are not maintaining these facility it amounts to be violation the dealership terms .what is harm in trying
