The Information  sought pertains to

Sree Dattha Institute of Pharmacy,

Sheriguda (v),Ibrahimpatnam(M),

Ranga Reddy District,

Andhra Pradesh-501510.

 

1.  Please provide me a copy of latest detailed Inspection Report for B Pharmacy course in the above said college.

2.  Give me the Name and Details of the Inspector/Inspectors who inspected the college and signed the Latest Inspection Report.

3. As per policy of the PCI, if the above said college is not in compliance with the latest Inspection Report, what action to be taken on the above said college by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)

4.  As per the policy of the PCI, If the above said college is not in compliance with the latest Inspection Report, what action to be taken on the inspector/inspectors who signed on the latest Inspection Report.

5. As per the policy of the PCI, what kind of action can be taken by the PCI, if the above said college resorts to false publicity about the campus placements.

6. As per the policy of the PCI, what proofs are required by the PCI to show that the above said college is not in compliance with the specifications/rules provided by the PCI.

7. Please give me the details of  procedure to file Complaint at  PCI against the above said college.

    i have received reply for this which says
    1) Rs 62 needs to be deposited fo rqeply 1
    2) name of the inspector Dr. G.Y. Narmada and Dr. M.D. naseruddin
    Question 3 to 6 does not cover under RTI Act

    7) The complaint can be made to PCI with documentary evidence with complete postal address and contact no. of the complainant and also confirmation that complainant would come forward to give evidence if necesaary during the course of enquiry

    i have question..why questions 3-6 are not answered. Is it true that it doesnt come under RTI. i would pay 62rs but how ?
