AUSTERITY MEASURE BY GOVT

I wish to know the following from PMO office/Dept of Personnel and Training :-

The amount of money spent by Govt (all ministries/departments) during the last three financial years on account of-

a. Flower arrangements (all types) made during National and International events, along with breakdown of expenditure -indicating ministry/department that carried out the expenditure on this account.

b. Expenditure on account of refreshments/meals, made during National and International events by all ministries and departments , indicating strength of guests, hosts and miscellaneous staff involved with the event.
