regarding the balance of mess holders for sports children in punjab

I want to know the full details that how much payment is left to mess holders with full details like city in which mess is there,reason for not paying them on time,months for which they have not being payed.

I want to know all this sports ministry of punjab who claims to spend a lot of money on sports.
