i want attested copies of  notification/order issued by state project director,bihar education project council patna regarding selection/appointment of block resource person and co ordinator of cluster resource centre after judjement delivered by patna high court in connection with case no.cwjc681/2012 on 16/05/2012.

    This application seems to be non anonymous to me.

    If the applicant still seeks anonymity for this he must give us clear reasons for doing so.
