Subject : Application for Information under RTI Act 2005
I XXXX , a citizen of India, request you to kindly provide me the following information under the Right to Information Act, 2005:
1. The stalls or sheds raised by Nitin Band And Mauli Group in front of Sadaphuli Park S.No 247/3/1 Sadaphuli Park D.P.Road Aundh/Baner 411007 are Authorized stalls (legal) or Un Authorized stalls (illegal)
2. If they are Authorized stalls please provide copies of NOC given to them from required departments to set up stalls
3. Is there any violation of Article 21 of constitution? Due to setting up of these stalls.
Sir Please make correction needed for the draft and after correction i will file AND SPEED POST the RTI WITH YOUR VOLUNTEER NAME SO THAT ACTION WILL BE FAST
BEFORE FILLING THE RTI HALF HEARTED ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE PMC AND HAVE DEMOLISHED ONE OF THE SHED AND HAVE COMMUNICATED IN WRITTING THAT THESE SHEDS ARE ILLEGAL.
THIS WAS THE GREATEST SUCCESS ACHIEVED.AND IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT YOU.
IT WERE YOU WHO RAISED THE VOICE BY FILLING EARLIER RTI ON MY BEHALF FOR MY JUSTICE WITHOUT ENDANGERING MY LIFE.

We have received a reply from the PIO saying that action against the illegal stalls raised by Nitin Band & Mauli Group has been taken. This seems to be clearly a result of a series of RTI Applications filed by us targeting the same issue.
