Haryana State Information Commission details of fine imposed for giving late information by Haryana School Education Department

period of information required :- from 1.1.2011 to 1.7.2012
please inform the details of fine imposed by state information commission in the following cases:-
1. applications under RTI Act 2005 in which the information was to be provided by Haryana School Education Department, but the PIO has not replied even i.e. it was a case of deemed refusal.
2. the PIO has provided the information after the prescribed time i.e. 30 days.
please inform the details of fine not imposed by state information commission in the following cases:-
1. applications under RTI Act 2005 in which the information was to be provided by Haryana School Education Department, but the PIO has not replied even i.e. it was a case of deemed refusal.
2. the PIO has provided the information after the prescribed time i.e. 30 days.
please inform the details of any relaxation given to PIOs (i.e. by not imposing fine etc) for not providing information within time.
This information doesnot involve objectionable content so it can be filed by applicant himself.
information commission is not imposing fine, even in cases where the imposition of fine is very desirable. so PIOs are becoming reluctant in giving information
