Sub: Application for photocopies of Examination answer booklets of B. Tech of regulation R-09 exams, May-2012, under R.T.I Act-2005.
Please provide me the following information regarding examinations of B. Tech of regulation R-09, held in May-2012.
1. Photocopies of complete answer booklets (including OMR sheet) of registration number: 09B61A0335, of the following subjects.

2. What is the procedure followed for evaluation of answer booklets?
3. What is the procedure followed for re-evaluation of answer booklets?
4. Please provide a copy of rules and regulations regarding evaluation and re-evaluation of answer booklets?
5. Please provide the following details regarding evaluation of answer booklets of each of the subjects mentioned above.
i. Name of the Examiner and Scrutiniser,
ii. Names of the institutions in which the Examiner and Scrutiniser work        respectively,
iii. Educational qualification of both Examiner and Scrutiniser,
iv. Copies of keys used for evaluation, if any.

6. Please provide the following details regarding re-evaluation of answer booklets of subjects Refigeration & air conditioning (56018) and Heat Transfer (56020).
i. Name of the Examiner and Scrutiniser,
ii. Names of the institutions in which the Examiner and Scrutiniser work respectively,
iii. Educational qualification of both Examiner and Scrutiniser,
iv.  Copies of keys used for re-evaluation, if any.

7. Have any mistakes crept in or committed during the evaluation of answer booklets of subjects Refigeration & air conditioning (56018), Heat Transfer (56020) and Automobile Engineering (56022)? If yes, list such mistakes.
