DEAR SIR,

PLEASE  FURNISH ME THE INFORMATION REGARDING THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF THE MOBILE BILL OF AN EMPLOYEE.

I USE ONLINE RECHARGE WEBSITES LIKE www.ezrecharge.com WHICH PROVIDES A BILL(THROUGH EMAIL) CLEARLY MENTIONING THE ORDER NO.,OPERATOR,CUSTOMER ID,DEBIT CARD HOLDERS NAME(SAMPLE PASTED BELOW). BUT AN HR OFFICER AT ONE OF YOUR CONSTRUCTION SITE IS DENYING IT TO BE ACCEPTED AS A BILL, AND SAYING THAT I SHOULD DIRECTLY RECHARGE FROM THE OPERATOR”S WEBSITE(www.airtel.com).

PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME WHETHER SUCH BILLS ARE ACCEPTED OR NOT(SAMPLE COPY PASTED BELOW), IF NOT THEN PLEASE FURNISH ME THE INFORMATION REGARDING REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.

    We don’t perceive any threat in filing this RTI Application. To file this RTI Application you need to send postal order worth Rs. 35 (Rs 10 as fees for processing the application and Rs 25 as speed post charges of the reply) along with your RTI Application.

    You can also contact http://www.rtination.com, who specialise in drafting RTI applications for non-anonymous RTI Requests.
    Alternately, you can also email us your phone number and location of where you are based in India (at rtia-usa@getup4change.org ) We can request, one of our RTI activists to contact you personally and see if they can help you, in their personal capacity

    If however you feel that there is threat involved in filing the application yourself, please do inform us about the same and the RTI Anonymous Team will file this RTI Application for you.

      sir my problem is that i am employed with ENGINEERS INDIA LTD. as an engineer.if i file this RTI as non anonymous then the HR officer involved in it will find other ways like delays,reluctance in clearing of our documents.
      once it is filed anonymous and properly answered,i would easily have a documentary evidence to prove it.

    This is the procedure followed in most of the Central Govt Offices. Copy of the MTNL/BSNL phone bills are asked as a proof of having actiually paid the Call charges.
    In the present case, the applicant Mr.Hemant,may ask his employer as to what he should do in his case.
