Can a reserved Garden plot be used for industrial, commercial use and as a godown for inflamable & combustable items

To the public information officer, Municipal corporation of greater mumbai, Mahapalica marg, mumbai 400001

I want to know whether the occupant of Survey Nos, 5, 6 & 13 (part) and 158 (CT nos. 12, 13 & 15) of village Megathane and survey nos. 114/2 and 115/2 at Kandivli., having its entrance in Bhat Lane, Mulji Nagar, Plot no 7., Falling under ward R/C have the following

A license under the shop & establishment act

License to undertake industrial activity therein

Permission to store combustable and inflammable  items

Does the municipal corporation have the power to stop such activity and have the plot vacated

has the municipality received any complaints about this plot

what action have they taken

whether the plot is taxed as open plot, commercial, industrial or other.

    Dear Sir,
    Please provide me a copy of the document with respect to occupant of Survey Nos, 5, 6 & 13 (part) and 158 (CT nos. 12, 13 & 15) of village Megathane and survey nos. 114/2 and 115/2 at Kandivli., having its entrance in Bhat Lane, Mulji Nagar, Plot no 7., Falling under ward R/C have the following

    1) A copy of the License document, issued under the Shop & Establishment Act

    2) A copy of the legal document which grants
    permission to store combustable and inflammable items, in the above mentioned plot

    3) A copy of the document which shows all the complaints, that the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai has received regarding the above mentioned Plot, between October 2008 to October 2011

    4) A copy of the document that provides details what actions have they taken for each complaint recieved (As indicated above) from the period October 2008 to October 2011

      Dear sir, Though the address says Kandivali, the plot falls under
      Borivali (W) and comes under ward R/C not R/S.
