PF transfer status

i have applied for pf transfer from bangalore (PF no. – KN/24470/009740) to delhi (pf no.– DL/29169/002115)  in july 2010 having claim id  “DSNHP110400007659″. Since last 6 months it is showing “Status : Your transfer in details for crediting new account has been received and the same is under process”.

 

STATUS for Member ID: DSNHP00291690000002115

Claim ID : DSNHP110400007659
Status : Your transfer in details for crediting new account has been received and the same is under process.

 

 

question 1 :- why it is taking too much time?

question 2 :- when will its process finish(exact time line)?

    FYI: There is a huge possibility that your application might be rejected when you go with questions like when, why…

    Sir / Madam,

    As per RTI Act 2005, I pray for information related to above said PF transfer. The details of information sought are as under:

    1)Please inform me of the current status of the above said PF transfer.

    2)Please inform me of the processing Time taken for any PF transfer, as prescribed by rules and regulations of PF transfer. Please provide with a certified copy.

    3)Please inform me the name, designation and office address of the officer with the above said PF transfer is pending with.

    4) Please inform me of the frequency of update of information on the PF portal.

    5) Please inform me of the name, designation and office address of First Appellate Authority

    6) Please inform me of the name, designation and office address of the Second Appellate Authority.

    NOTE: This RTI application will have more attention if the concerned person himself raises the request.

    This RTI Application has been drafted by us.It is now ready to file.
    However we do not think that filing this RTI Application will lead to any threat or harassment to the applicant.We are facing a severe crunch of volunteers and are currently overburdened with other applications of the sort which might lead to harassment of the applicant.As it is our duty to cater to their cause beforehand, hence there might significant delay in filing this application.We hence request the original RTI requester to file this RTI Application himself/herself.
    We are moving this RTI to “Non-Anonymous RTIs” category.
