Subject: Application for information under the Right to Information Act.

Please provide the following information with respect to the following questions.

1)   I/we like to say you that I/we have received an Intimation U/S 143(1) of the Income Tax Act ,1961 for the assessment year 2011-2012.    According to Intimation letter U/s 143(1) Income Tax Department has determined Refund of Rs.9010.00 in the favour of Assesee for the A/Y 2011-2012.  But I have filed my address in Income Tax Return too long in the Income tax return and repeated it 3 times so CPC has not dispatch my refund cheque , but I want to receive my refund through ECS mode in to my bank account so   I have sent  my new bank a/c details  in response sheet (issued by cpc), by speed post to  Central Processing Centre – Income Tax Department Bangalore,but department has not issued my Income Tax Refund through ECS  mode why ?

2)  What is the approximate waiting time for an assessee who calls your call centre and tries to speak to your agents?
