We have already filed about 5 or 6 RTI’s to SAIL on almost similar questions (slightly varied by few words .. ) and have got some replies too .. incomplete/unsatisfactory etc. Check the RTI Leaks.
Our guys are working on filing appeals and all .

I have seen that the original requestor has also repeatedly reposted the same post (inspite of our various requests) and this is just not acceptable for me and a total waste of our RTI-A volunteer’s time.
Currently I am going to move all the new RTI requests related to SAIL from this particular requestor, to the Non-RTI category till we get satisfactory replies/appeals filed etc. for all the previous RTI’s filed.
I really do not want to waste any more of our RTIA volunteer’s valuable time here, trying to figure which is duplicate and which one is slightly different

Also the applicant should be specific, in that, he should be able to point out in which case he suspects a fraud in such appointments.
