Irregularities In Telecom Sector (No vigilance from the labor ministry )
Recently i have come t0 know about the Irregularities spread ed in Telecom industry ,as i was having a conversation with one of my friend who has been working in this industry from the last 4 yrs as an RF engineer with a private firm which is governed from UK . As the whole conversation ends, we reached to the conclusion of huge irregularities with the normal rights of the employee , he has been working with that firm as an contractual employee from the last 4 yrs and there was too much favoritism inside the company as the conversation was going on , i suggested him to switch to another company for the betterment of carrier but he told me about the huge favoritism spread everywhere and saw his disappointed face as there was no transparency in the industry, even there are some shocking facts as well, these guys are working 24X7 and there is no holiday ( usually worked on Sunday as well).no future security no benefits from the company , so i just wanted to know the labor law particularly based on this industry , as i have done a research on the people of this sector , i have came to about the so much labor law violation..we need to take a hard stand for it as well.

If I understand your application right, What you are basically asking is the copy of a document, that shows the entire Labor Laws.

With the help of RTI application, all that you can get is a particular govt. document. Based on this document, you may have to file a PIL or expose it in the media. RTI ACT 2005 , cannot go beyond getting you the documents.
So, Please tell me exactly what govt. document do u wish to get and from which govt. document. Beyond that, there is nothing much we can do from this platform of RTI Anonymous
