Subject : Application for Information under RTI Act 2005
I XXXX , a citizen of India, request you to kindly provide me the following information under the Right to Information Act, 2005:
1) Please inform me the Name, Designation , Address, Office Telephone number of the Officer of the encroachment department , who is responsible for the maintenance of encroachment free Road from Ambedkar chowk to medipoint hospital,located in Aundh / Baner .
2) Please inform me the Name, Designation , Address, Office Telephone number of the officials and agencies who keep tap on the hawkers.
3) How often and with what frequency is the above mentioned officer supposed to carry out inspection of the encroachment on roads.
4) When was the last date and time when the officer carried out a inspection of the encroachment on roads From Ambedkar chowk to medipoint hospital?
5) Please provide me with a certified copy of the inspection report made by the officer after the inspection carried out by him during the last visit to area.
6) Please provide me with a certified copy of the Action Taken Report for encroachment From Ambedkar chowk to Medipoint Hospital from 2010-2011
7) How many times action have been taken on illegal vendors in the evening time

9) What action will be taken by your end to evict these illegal hawkers from concern road? As this is causing heavy inconvenience to Public, please define a time limit by which all corrective measures will be taken up.
10) If these actions are not taken within specified time ,what action will you take on concerned officials/agencies?
