Information regarding the distribution of fee-reimbursement Amount by Backward welfare department of Uttar Pradesh
I have some queries which I am listing below and want related information regarding this:
The fee-reimburse amount of B.Tech 3rd year (for session2011-12) of OBC category student is Rs.
25000/- as displayed on scholarship website of UP government, but for 3rd year student (for session
2010-11) the fee-reimbursement amount Rs.56112/- was distributed last year. I want to know that : -
1. Why the fee-reimbursement amount is less for session 2011-12 as compare to session 2010-11
(for 3rd Year student)
2. On what basis this amount is differed ?

In the link given above you can check and verify that value of fee-reimbursement Amount for B.Tech 3rd year varies and less for session 2011-12 student but they are in same institution and paid more fee in comparison to their seniors as obvious.
Even fee-reimbursement Amount for their junior (means for session 2010 and afterward receive amount equal to Rs. 40000/-).

The new fee-reimbursement structure for the OBC Category is something passed & approved by the UttarPradesh Education Ministry.
They have openly displayed the new fee structure for the various years. What you are basically asking is the reason for the discrepancy of this fee structure between 2010-11 and 2011-12
I would first ask you to contact — The Nodal officer of the KRISHNA ENGINEERING COLLEGE, GHAZIABAD directly and ask him the same questions

If no proper response is obtained, then do mention in your email (and the phone call) to the Nodal Officer that you are planning to file an RTI to get this information.
Please try this route and tell me, what response have you got.
Have you filed this RTI with Social Welfare Department received any response?
I am also facing a similar problem of delay in fee reimbursement for session 2010-11 and tried all channels but no luck.
I also talked to Director at Lucknow and District Social Welfare officer of Ghaziabad Mr. Mustaq Ahmed @9871298570 and also to the DM office but regret to say response is not even worth to mention it here.
Can somebody help here ?
