RTI Requests

This RTI Application has been filed by a member of RTI Anonymous (RTIA) team.The main points showing why this RTI application was filed are given below.

1. There was no advertisement for the recruitment of Registrar , Dy. Registrar in newspaper, which is a must according to Apex Court  as well as West Bengal Government order.

2. Another joke is that , He himself given the notice for appointment of Registrar and Dy. Registrar . Registrar himself here is applying for the post of registrar.

3. There was only one application for each post. How can there  be a recruitment  with only one application per post.

4. He used to shift every kinds of thing to his home from university. He stole two Godrej almirahs, two Godrej side table.

5. There are sphere of Financial Irregularity , Purchased 60 HP computers of worth 20 lakh without any advertisement in newspaper.

6. He often make notesheet in the name of job which never happened and collect the money.

7. He was previously in news because of a scam in Madrasah Service Commission  in a tv channel R plus in a sting operation. He said he has given appointment to people  who did not qualified the test .

8. He was a school teacher and made college teacher and then registrar of Aliah University ,because of CPIM influence.

9. He neither have NET  nor SLET qualification and did PhD in 2001 yet he show he has 16 years of experience.

10. The Vice Chancellor can not take any action because he is also in an extension which is violating the university act. He should retire from service at 65. He is 66 and 1/2 year now still assuming office.
